Hats Off!

designer-inspired-sunglasses

That was really quick!  I have another pre-Spring outfit post planned this week but decided to bring this look instead to the front burner as my way of officially saying au revoir to Winter and everything that comes with it.  From the looks of things around me, I think Winter has really ended as far as California is concerned.  So from this day on, there’ll be no more fuzziness – only more colors, prints and patterns and not to forget the bare legs! :-)  I am so looking forward to wearing again my tees, sheer tops, denim cutoffs, mini and maxi dresses, among others.

Thankfully, Mother Nature as always hasn’t been so cruel to California this Winter, so to speak.  It was just chilly enough to be able to be cute, layer and bust out in all kinds of toppers, which can double duty as a cover-up for my ever-growing roots.

This is such a good outfit because the scarf and boots add interest and it shows off nothing but your fabulous figure. And that is what a good outfit does: it lets you shine.

Such an adorable casual outfit! Your fringed scarf is too cute and I love the boots. So lucky that winter seems to be over for you – hopefully will be for us soon, too. Thanks for linking up and happy weekend, Rebecca!

I need to move to California! The kids had a snow day yesterday. I am ready for Spring, too! I look forward to seeing your Spring outfits. I love this hat, fringe scarf and boot combo on you! Yes, lets kick winter to the curb!

I’m just going to say I’m a little jealous that you can be saying goodbye to winter. I love living in Colorado, but even if we do have some warm days in the near future, they’ll probably be one more snow storm too!! That being said, I love how you layered your bracelets over your shirt. jodie

Indeed, we did get off easy with a mild winter, but there may be another rain storm in the future ( one can only hope! ).

Your hat is too cute .. !!
